Cooling-off window
Unopened Kelmix units in resalable condition may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or equivalent overseas rules allow change-of-mind relief. Seals must be intact and batch codes readable.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If outer packaging arrives crushed, capsules appear discoloured before the expiry date, or you receive another SKU, email the footer addresses with photos of the outer carton, label, and inner seal within forty-eight hours of delivery.

Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days of warehouse receipt. Banking partners may need extra time to post credits depending on your issuer’s cycle.
Cross-border orders
Customs duties, brokerage, or disposal charges that accrue after the parcel crosses a border are not refundable through Flixerondhapvort, though we provide documentation for insurer claims when a carrier admits fault.
Because Kelmix is a food supplement, border agencies may apply import rules that delay or reject shipments. It is your duty to research local requirements before you order; customs clearance is not assured in every jurisdiction.
